The United Kingdom offers an unusual mix of great cities, history, nature and culture. This guide is designed for travellers who want to make the most of their time without trying to see everything.

London can seem enormous, but three days are enough to see many of its most famous landmarks if you organise your route well. The key is to group visits by area and leave room to walk and discover neighbourhoods.

Start in Notting Hill and continue towards Regent's Park. If you are looking for a more alternative atmosphere, finish in Camden. For a panoramic view, choose one of the city's viewpoints and check in advance if a booking is required.

How to make the best use of your time

Use public transport and avoid crossing the city several times in the same day. London has an excellent range of museums and parks, many of which are free for general admission.

Practical tip
